Below is what I call a normal day for me that has become a part of my heather lifestyle change.
Breaky would be some think like, porridge, wheat bix, I usually steer clear of cereals because if you read the back of the label, they are usually high in sugar. (Sometimes I’ll have and egg on toast)
Take the stairs up to my floor at work
I’d have some fruit or a healthy muesli bar 15min before lunch. Then lunch would be some think like a sandwich or sushi or any think healthy that I feel like at the time. Then I'll take to stairs back up to work.
I’d have a snack in the after noon, to satisfy my 3.30 hunger.
Then dinner with the 20min snack thing before/after.
Ow yer I started out drinking just drinking water but quickly grew tried of that. A friend gave me an idea, What I did was when I drank juice, I would pour 2/3 of the glass as juice and the rest I would add water. Yes I know what you’re thinking, exactly what I thought when my friend told me why??. And Guess what it tasted watered down, but I did it for a few weeks and then It became a habit.
Now If drink juice straight without added water is task soooooo sweet, like when you add to much cordial to your drink. I never realised how sweet they make their juice. And as an added bonus I found that it actually quenches my thirst when I add water
